Doesn't compile on rawhide with this error

- Some commands seem ignore default optimization flags.

- Use %license for COPYING.

- "License: GPL" is a not adequate.

- Just for info, you may use

'%make_build' instead of '%{__make} %{?_smp_mflags}'
'%make_install' instead of '%{__make} install DESTDIR=%{buildroot}
INSTALL="install -p"'
