I don't think so. The hexdumps contained in there are not redistributable at 
all. RPM Fusion ships only what can be legally redistributed, at least by 
RPM Fusion itself.

IMHO, you should rather try to get
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ms-sys-free/ into Fedora instead.
