Aside from the notes in comment 1, I cannot access any of the URLs for either
the home page or source. The Github doesn't exist and the git clone hostname is
not valid. Is the correct URL https://github.com/Grive/grive ?

You also can't upload the binary RPM file and have it added. You must build
from source since the license indicates GPLv2. The license is valid for Fedora
so unless there are other legal issues I suggest you create a review request in
Fedora proper.
