I just noticed that a --with option has been added to the ffmpeg.spec file for
fdk-aac, but unfortunately the option has a dash in the name (_with_fdk-aac) so
it can't be used as expected.  I've been building fdk-aac with ffmpeg for a
long time now to encode AAC files and I have been maintaining a repo for the
combo here, https://download.zeroepoch.com/repo.  Maybe it's time I finally
help you guys review this package so I can stop carrying the package around.
