thx for taking the packaging.
Please drop the subpackages, the configuration files will be needed from the
infra anyway. Also as we won't move the sub-package into the nonfree
repository, it's pointless to split them between free and nonfree.

It would be nice to test if the rfpkg-free tools can upload new source content
to the rpmfusion cache. That the only feature I expect to be usefull for now
(after initial checkout from git preview or github).
