I can take the review once the SRPM is updated to the latest version.

Some feedback on the spec file:

1. The project URL tag should probably be:

http://www.libde265.org/

2. Is renaming the executables necessary? Do they conflict with another
package?

3. While the binaries are examples, if they're useful enough, why put them in a
-examples subpackage?

Along the same lines, should libde265 provide packages similar in structure to
x264/x265?
