Hello , 
we may review / add the package , add ru descriptions and if IIRC I had update
libprojectM [1], with version 2.1.0 on F24+ , that is required in lives , that
is why libprojectM still disable , and should be enabled for F24+.
Also we need add lives component to bugzilla.

#some scripts example:
cd /home/sergio/rpmfusion/new
rfpkg clone free/lives
cd lives
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RussianFedora/lives/master/lives.spec
# and compare it 
diff lives.spec lives.spec.1 -upwbB
