Comps restored in rawhide and updates-testing repos

dnf group upgrade multimedia
--enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-updates-testing seems to work as expected.
That been said, the group isn't marked as installed on a default
Desktop installation, so I need to use group install instead.

I haven't checked others groups yet.
