Updated to latest rawhide version, also slimmed down the build so it will now
build in less than an hour (20 min or so on my machine using mock).

Note that it still builds more than necessary, but I'm not sure how to slim it
down more; feedback welcome. Also, a fix from chromium's package in fedora is
still needed to resolve the chromium-libs-media issue.

Also the mixed-use-of-spaces-and-tabs warning is a false positive.
