No , Cinelerra community edition is currently in 2.3 , when we got version 5
from  https://sourceforge.net/projects/heroines/files/ and other places .
Community doesn't make an effort to merge the code, everyone is develop in his
own repo and don't care if the code is mergeable, so with this mess of
developments, I give up, but the biggest reason is that I have to save my time
to do other things.
