Just another thing:

I think it's better to use "BuildRequires: pkgconfig(foo)" form; libGLU, for
example, is provided and packaged as 'mesa-libGLU'; 'libGL' cannot be find with
'dnf' because packaged as 'mesa-libGL'.

Using 

BuildRequires: pkgconfig(glu)

would avoid potential problems in future.
