RPMs still in testing

yes, RPMFusion F23 still in beta status which means only rpmfusion-
(non)free and updates-testing have packages .

Another issue is the mirror of free-fedora-updates-released-23 [1] is
send to updates/testing, I don't know if it is a bug or if is a feature
.
