Here you have a little explanation and links to more explanation about relation
between the new AMDGPU libre driver and Crimson propietary one, and a link to
download Crimson from amd.com.

However Crimson & AMDGPU don't offer support for old cards, so maybe having
both this stack and the old one (Radeon + Catalyst) makes sense.
