this is another bug , I talking about after 15 minutes I got this in
pkgdb:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST
/pkgdb/acl/free/motion/request/approveacls/.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) Server at admin.rpmfusion.org Port 443
