Weak dependencies + 25 GA

I think weak_deps is working at least repoquery now shows weak_deps and
should fix it . 

dnf --disablerepo='*' --releasever=24 --enablerepo=rpmfusion-free --enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-updates repoquery --available ffmpeg --recommends
opencl-icd
