Yes, rpmfusion-free-updates and rpmfusion-nonfree-updates should be
initialized, but will be empty until GA (General Available, 15/11/2016)

F25 don't had one mass rebuild , so it is normal have fc24 suffixes in
f25 and rawhide (f26)
