build perl problem

Yeah right, but it's not enough not to have the perl dependency
generators installed along.
It only has rpm as it's main dependency, so I even think it should be
a requirement of perl package itslef. (but then that requirement
cannot be added back to el5+ perl in EPEL).
so meh !
