koji-rpmfusion command and other new koji features

Hello.
Last week we have done koji-rpmfusion command (you have to install at
least rfpkg-1.25.1-1 and rpmfusion-packager-0.5.2-1 )
Now we may do one "Buildroot override request" like in bodhi of Fedora
proper [1], see [2] for more information, I just have updated the wiki
page.
