Yes, it looks like it was pushed to stable.


BTW how do I get the updates-testing repo config?


I'm not sure if you're used to specifying repositories on the command line
but you basically append "-testing" to them, so in this case:

# yum --enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-updates-testing update mythtv
