fedup f18 to f19 question

I have f18 fully updated.  On running 'fedup --network 19' I see:

Packages without updates:
<snip>
  kernel-3.11.10-100.fc18.x86_64
<snip>

and
   broken dependencies:
  kmod-nvidia-304xx-3.11.10-100.fc18.x86_64-304.116-1.fc18.x86_64 
requires kernel-3.11.10-100.fc18.x86_64

f19 updates has 3.12.6-200 and there is a matching kmod here:
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/updates/19/x86_64/kmod-nvidia-304xx-3.12.6-200.fc19.x86_64-304.116-1.fc19.2.x86_64.rpm

So why the complaints, and should I really expect problems?
