Livna repository missing -debug and -source mirror list

and why is that one package not directly linked on http://rpm.livna.org/

it makes pretty no sense to install a repo-package for one single package
which doe get no updates at all and slow down yum with a additional repo

AFAIK that one package is libdvdcss which exists also outside livna
