orphaning OpenAFS in RPM Fusion

Hi folks,

I've accepted a new job at Red Hat earlier this month, working on the
Ceph engineering team. I'll be leaving USGS on October 31, and since
most of my work on AFS was related to my job at USGS, I'm planning to
orphan the openafs packages in RPM Fusion.

Since neither Jack Neely nor I will be involved with OpenAFS, the
package can be retired in RPM Fusion unless another packager would
like to maintain the package here.
