I was really trying to wait until the infra upgrade was done. The problem
is devel on RPM Fusion is F21. If F21 and F22 were on the same version of
sox then I would build for F21 and get Nicolas to build the F22 package but
they're different versions so the workaround is more problematic.

Additionally, in the last release sox decided to make a lot of their
internal functions private which broke some of their own plugins so I have
not yet been able to produce a new build even locally in mock.

There's a patch to make the functions public again which would fix building
for me but as the sox build in Fedora doesn't use it, it would still break
things.

No simple solutions...
