You should be able to verify the installed key with help from:
http://rpmfusion.org/keys

gpg --quiet --with-fingerprint
/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-free-fedora-21

The package you mention is marked as fc22, is this showing up in the f21
rpmfusion repo ?
