OK I built it for Fedora 21 
if you don't want wait to push to updates-testing you can test it with: 
yum
--tmprepo=http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/plague-results/fedora-21-rpmfusion_free/repodata/repomd.xml install smplayer --nogpg 

Many thanks to bring this to my attention, we got a new doc
file /usr/share/doc/smplayer-14.9.0.6690/Notes_about_mpv.txt
if no problems appears I will submit to F20 in next days ...
