Both F21 and F22 have updates
ftp://mirror.web-ster.com/rpmfusion/free/fedora/updates/21/SRPMS/
ftp://mirror.web-ster.com/rpmfusion/free/fedora/updates/22/SRPMS/
and I have updates for kmods , smplayer etc ... , so I deduce that is
same problem with your setup, have you try, to purge cache (since in
dates you mention, yum may cache something wrong) :
rm -rf /var/cache/yum/x86_64/
