What kernel are you running ? please check with command :  
# uname -a  
Maybe is the new kernel-4.6.3-300.fc24, please try use kernel-4.5.7-
300.fc24 

Anyway, always be sure that have kernel-devel installed, please run as
root : 

dnf install kernel-devel-$(uname -r)
