What is the correct way to upgrade a Fedora system with RPMFusion repos?

I think it's probably better to use the recommended dnf plugin[1] these
days:

sudo dnf install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade
sudo dnf --refresh system-upgrade download --releasever=25
sudo dnf system-upgrade reboot
