installing Pepper Flash Player in Fedora 23

Hi there,

which is the standard way of installing Pepper Flash Player for Fedora
23, so that I can use it with firefox-49.0?

I have installed it using these instructions:

for 32bit).

I wonder whether it would be possible to package the Pepper Flash Player
in RPM Fusion.

Or is there any other repo where I could install the .rpm package? (I
would avoid RussianFedora, because Russian is all Greek to me.)
