Yeah, this can be easily done and stay transparent for contributors.

As you said, not yet. Targets are already set-up and awaiting F-10
official availability (including f10 repo)

The place will be available once f10 will come out.

Actually this branch is due to my work on an mass-branching helper i'm writing .
We have 18 days left.
