build failure, unable to download ffmeg-(devel,libs)

I saw this with this build:
http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/logs/fedora-12-rpmfusion_free/7619-audacity-freeworld-1.3.12-0.6.beta.fc12/ppc/job.log

Might that be that ffmpeg is being built at the same time ?

I've re-requested the build, thinking it's just a transient connection
error. Is there anything else I should check ?
