I can only tell you that the F-12 needsign repo wasn't updated after
removing old packages from it.  ffmpeg was pushed on 2010-07-13, and
any push more than two days later has removed it from the needsign repo
and would normally run createrepo. The repodata is still from 07-11,
though.
