bootstrap x264/ffmpeg on F18

OK, after thinking I totally agree.
So the state of art is:

the old very stable: 
F17 x264-0.120-5.20120303.fc17 ffmpeg-0.10.7-1.fc17

the new very stable:
F18 x264-0.128-2.20121118gitf6a8615.fc18 ffmpeg-1.0.7-1.fc18

the new stable:
F19 x264-0.130-3.20130502git1db4621.fc19 ffmpeg-1.2.1-1.fc19

I am very happy with what we achieved
