Following this ticket https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/6432
we can query repos for python-abi with :

dnf-3 --disablerepo='*' --enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-rawhide --
enablerepo=rpmfusion-nonfree-rawhide repoquery --whatrequires
'python(abi)' --available --qf "%{repoid} %{sourcerpm}" | sort -u
|  sed 's|\(-[^-]\+\)\{2\}$||'

give us this 18 results , should I rebuilt it all ?

rpmfusion-free-rawhide devede
rpmfusion-free-rawhide flowblade
rpmfusion-free-rawhide gmediafinder
rpmfusion-free-rawhide kodi

How do we know what are the affected packages ? time range is quite
large 2016-06-11 -> 2016-07-22
