Is there a list of TODOs that can be picked up and ticked off when
they're done? That should give people who're curious an idea of how soon
this baby will go up and people who want to help a starting point for
contributing.

Are there design docs (ie. what infrastructure will be used)? Nothing
formal. The wiki seems devoid of it.
