I know this is for the nonfree section, but this package is fee-based shareware
and can only legally be used for a limited period (30 days, I think) without a
paid registration. Do we really want this packaged?

Moreover, from a practical standpoint, I think it is counterproductive to
encourage use of this proprietary compression format when there are perfectly
fine alternatives in Fedora. It's one thing to allow decompression of archives
sent by others (i.e. unrar), it's another to allow creating archives in that
proprietary lock-in format.
