I do believe that it's the user's responsibility to check the licenses of the
items they get from the non-free repo. 

But for the sake of safety, is it possible for us to set a cron job to remove
this RPM after the 40 days period?

As for the package, the disttag is missing and the %{name} macro can be used a
little more often. Otherwise it's ready to go.
