I would be VERY PISSED OFF if a package decided to simply "disappear" from my
computer[s]. Some people do central management and cron jobs suddenly removing
content from the local rpm database would have quite an adverse effect ...

The only approach I can think of for this crippled piece of s**t (read:
software) is a wrapper which displays in big red letters "I am an evaluation
version, you need to pay to use me!" before launching the real app.
