New RPM Fusion contributor self-introduction

Hi there,

I am a regular Fedora maintainer (username: "alexlan") submitting my
first package in RPM Fusion for the package picard-extras-freeworld:

Since I'm already an active contributor in Fedora and member of the
"provenpackager" group, I'm not sure if I also need a sponsor.  In any
