I'd strongly prefer to use a dedicated wiki page for CVS Requests, just like we
did in Fedora Extras years ago; for a repo the size of RPM Fusion that#s easier
and good enough.

Using Bugzilla just leads to bugzilla spam (like this); and we have no flags
here, thus CVS might easily be missed by the admins.
