cvs-import.sh permissions problem

hi,

when trying to import a package into RPM Fusion, I am getting the 
following error:

[kavol at dhcp-lab-227 common]$ ./cvs-import.sh -b F-9 
qmmp-plugins-freeworld-0.2.0-1.fc9.src.rpm
