Formal reviews and sponsoring

Hi,

I just made an (in)formal review of
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=406 corresponding to all
the points in the Fedora guidelines. I'm currently sponsored as a Fedora
contributor but don't have any package in rpmfusion yet (bug 414 is
waiting for a formal review).

So, am I allowed to take ownership of this review or should I be
sponsored in rpmfudion first? The wiki is unclear on this point and
states 2 things:

1: "As time permits, a reviewer will review your package. A reviewer is
either a Fedora sponsored packager or an RPM Fusion only sponsored
packager."
2: "A review request should only be accepted by a maintainer that has at
least one package in the RPM Fusion repository and for newcomers only by
a sponsor."
