Contributors wiki page changed

Hi,
    I changed the Contributors page in the wiki to explain that it is
reviewer's responsibility to remove the blocker on RF_REVIEW and to
block RF_ACCEPT when he approves a package:

The blocker on RF_REVIEW was set at the beginning of the review
process by the reviewer to state that he is examining the package.

This is similar to what happens in Fedora, where it is reviewer's
responsibility to change the fedora-review flag.
