Failure in importing ProjectX

This separate issue is tracked here: but that's not your problem.

Basically, there is a typo in the cvs request where F-13 was replaced with F13,
The info seems a litltle bit more checks nowadays but the cvs module
creation has failed to create the branches.
I've tred to manually reset the acl just now, but last time I've tried
it didn't worked fine.

Please submit a bug on infrastructure CVS if you still cannot import tomorrow.
