That wouldn't be any problem, but bugzilla.rpmfusion.org is updated by a
cron job with the details stored in the various "owner.list" files from
cvs.rpmfusion.org

Somebody would need to add you to those files in cvs, but only a very
few people are permitted to change those files. Further, currently
the cron job is still disabled,

as the problems have not been fixed, and there is no visible interest in
either fixing them or in briefly talking about how to avoid the problems.
