- Update to 4.0.13 (RC2)
- Install primarily to %%{_libdir}cuda
- Add computeprof subpackage
- Add libs-32bit package on x86_64 for 32-bit libraries
- Moves documentation to doc subpackage

Probably should also ship a .desktop file for computeprof.
