Thanks to both for your offers! Of course, all useful resources like
these are more than welcome, but we'll need to define some policies as
for which services they can be used (e.g. never for gpg signing since
physical access has huge implications), based also on what would be
permitted (e.g. high bandwidth usage for a mirror or high cpu usage for
a builder might be problematic depending on the resources available).

Realistically, there is an initial need to clean up the existing, then
why not pick a reliable location for backup/failover of the most
critical services (dns, mirrormanager) as well as encrypted backups of
all relevant data, and finally deploy new builders on available hardware
as well as make sure anyone willing to become a mirror can easily do so.
