I'm interested if he is no longer but I have to admit I haven't done it before
so I'll need some guidance.

The packages I built are using Elliott's patches.

I also rebuilt the necessary mlt packages (mlt-melt and mlt-python version
0.5.10) for F14 from source since they were not available for F14 from
rpmfusion.

The packages meet the packaging guidelines as far as I can tell. What's the
next step?
