So if I understand correctly you want to take over the roll as submitter of
this package and
maintain it in rpmfusion?
Are you already a maintainer of packages (a packager) in Fedora itself?
If so, then you need to find a reviewer of this package (just say the word and
I'll volunteer). If you're
not a Fedora packager yet, then you need to find someone to sponsor you, and
show you the ropes,
normally we prefer if people become a Fedora packager first, see:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Join
If you've no packages you're interested in submitting / maintaining for Fedora
itself, we could
do a similar traject here.
