Hmm...I had no idea that Dolphin-emu was already being packaged. It could have
saved me some time from writing my own spec :)

Anyway, I'd just like to post my spec file here. For the most part, it's
identical to Jeremy's spec file, but I've included a few things:

1. I use a script to create the tarball from git. This is similar to the way
Fedora does their git packages (at least for some).

2. I've included Glenn Rice's manual page (licensed under GPLv2), which solves
that rpmlint error.

3. I've added my own desktop file, which includes English and Simplified
Chinese translations.

4. Dolphin's source already includes an XPM icon, so I just install that in
/usr/share/pixmaps, rather than installing separate icons in
/usr/share/icons/hicolor-icon-theme.

cleanly in Mock with the Fedora, rpmfusion-free, and rpmfusion-nonfree
repositories enabled. Rpmlint results on the SRPM and RPM's built in mock:
